WE ARE IN A MISSION

To help the helpless
Help is OUR GOAL

At the heart of everything we do is a simple mission: to help those in need.

Whether it’s providing drinking water, or emergency aid, we strive to bring relief, hope, and lasting change to individuals and communities around the world.

Thanks to collective efforts and the support of volunteers, we are working to provide concrete assistance and strengthen the bonds within our community.

Together, we form a large family, supporting each other and contributing to a better future for all.
ABOUT US
The Shieb Tesenei Mutual Support Association was officially established in January 2020. Since its founding, the association has played a vital role in supporting struggling families and elderly members of the community, helping to improve their living conditions and restore dignity.

Over the past five years, the association has evolved from providing short-term emergency assistance to promoting long-term self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods. Between 2020 and 2025, direct financial support was provided to 78 families, totaling 111,000 Nakfa.

In 2025, the association took a major step forward by launching a self-reliance initiative, supporting four families with 15,000 Nakfa each (a total of 60,000 Nakfa). These funds enabled families to start income-generating activities such as livestock farming (sheep, goats, and cattle), small retail shops, and donkey cart businesses.

In total, the association has provided 171,000 Nakfa in assistance and investment. These achievements are the result of strong cooperation, unity, and commitment within the Shieb Tesenei community. The association remains dedicated to expanding its impact and building a more resilient and self-sustaining future.
